It is necessary to establish the wall's support mechanism for the earth pressures since it is not advisable that they rely exclusively on the compression layer of the floor slabs. It is recommended that detail EHU020 be included in the floor plan.
Detail EHU020 should also be employed if the transverse bending of the floor slab is considerable.
